• Are the wax melts measured by weight or volume?
• Each Webb Waxes container is measured by weight and includes 3.75 ounces of melts.

• What type of container do your wax melts come in?
• Our Webb Waxes containers are made of clear plastic with black tops.  Something we recently transitioned to after feedback from customers.  We encourage you to wash and repurpose yours once it is empty.

• Does Webb Waxes ship same day?  How long does it take?
• It takes 1-3 days to process and fulfill your order. Holidays and unforeseen circumstances may extend that, but we will do our best to inform you in advance. Visit our shipping/returns section for more information.

• What are your wax melts made with?
• Our handmade wax melts are made with paraffin wax. This allows our melts to have an increased vibrant color and a strong scent during the melting process. Our wax melts are also 100% Phthalate free.

• Where is Webb Waxes located?
• We are located in Lauderdale Lakes, Florida.

• There is a wax melt I would love to have but you don't currently offer it, what can you do?
