Shipping/Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

We do not currently offer international shipping; we are sorry for any inconvenience.

Currently we are fulfilling and shipping orders in 1-3 business days.  We do not ship on major holidays (such as Christmas or Thanksgiving).  Any holidays or emergencies that may cause delay, we will do our best to make you aware ahead of time. 

Please insure you provide the correct mailing address; we are not responsible for any incorrect or incomplete addresses provided.  Contact us immediately if there is an error so we can change it before shipment.  Please reference your order number when contacting us at support@webbwaxes.com.

We are not responsible if your package contents melt due to being left outside for an extended amount of time.  While we have done stress testing on our packaging and shipments in extreme heat to reduce these chances, we cannot make any guarantees.

We are not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 

 

 

 

RETURNS POLICY

 

Webb Waxes has a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@webbwaxes.com. Please include your order number and any pictures for reference of damage or defect.  If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on products if you do not like the fragrance of your melts.  We are happy to answer any scent or product questions you may have prior to purchasing.

 

Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  Please also note that all refunds will not include shipping/handling fees.
